Restorative Yoga

While utilizing gravity and props, restorative yoga can be used to reach deep relaxation and meditation. A restorative practice allows you to conserve energy and fill the tank back up. Everyone can benefit from slowing down, if even for just a few breaths. Focus on you by being guided through breath work, laying on props, and feeling supported to relax.

Vinyasa Flow

Focusing on the breath and physical alignment, a Vinyasa Flow practice allows students to build flexibility and strength. By building heat in the body, learn to harness the energy flowing through the body to reach an inner and outer balance of desires. Kick-start your week with Sun Salutations and other standing poses.

Sensual Yoga

Queer folks deserve sensual healing. This ceremony will be a combination of exploring yoga and pranayama (breathwork), the comfortability of being naked and around other naked bodies, and medicinal supplements. This space is intentionally created to discover, interact, and heal through experiencing sensuality. The embodiment of the erotic and pleasure can provide a space for folks to discover what self-work can look like for an individual attempting to heal.

While there is a healing moment for overt sexual activity, this is not the intention of the space. Through individual practice, the space is to find men and non-binary folks who are looking for healing to discover what nudity and sensuality can bring for self-discovery.

Psychedelic Yoga

A yoga ceremony with earth-based medicine is a combination of exploring yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and medicinal supplements. This space is intentionally created to discover, interact, and heal through the meditative practices of yoga and earth-based medicine, including cannabis and magic mushrooms.

The Practice: Parreling the journey with weed and shrooms, students will be guided through a physical practice focused on grounding, balance, and building heat. Practitioners will also engage in slowing down into meditation with more restorative postures. The practice culminates in providing an opportunity for self-reflection and growth.

The Medicine: Medicinal supplements, which do not need to be consumed during the practice to participate, include cannabis and psilocybin. Individual assessments will be conducted to create an experience specific to the desires and boundaries of the practitioner.
