Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teaching Clinic
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teaching Clinics are designed for newer yoga teachers who want to deepen their understanding of the poses, sequences, and guiding through a practice. Participants will learn to observe bodies in various alignments, explore the biomechanics of active poses, and refine their ability to offer precise, compassionate adjustments that enhance the pose. Emphasis is placed on props, asana alignment, and verbal cues. With real-time feedback in a nurturing environment, teachers will cultivate confidence in guiding classes that foster deep practieces. Whether preparing to lead vinyasa flow classes, integrate active pose elements into existing sequences, or practice your post-training skills, the Vinyasa Flow Yoga Practice Teach Clinic offers a supportive space to grow, experiment, and embody your most authentic teaching presence. You don’t have to be a yoga teacher to participate in this workshop. All levels of experience are welcome for this free workshop, and no prior yoga teaching experience is required to benefit from the practices.
